Wow, I honestly didn't expect it to be this fantastic... Usually, I grab the usual brands from the grocery store, like Reynolds and some off-brands... Recently gave Amazon Basics a shot... but finally settled on this one, made in the USA, and oh man, the difference is real... I never thought parchment paper could be improved, but this stuff is awesome! It's clean, consistent, high quality, and the packaging is top-notch. I guess the longer you live, the more you realize.... This stuff is awesome (now I'm off to munch on more cookies) -- my girlfriend's mom bakes a ton, and with the bundle packs, I'm planning to gift these to the ladies in my life....

I got this because the parchment paper is made in the USA. The cutter in the first box is a no-go. I'm almost dreading to open the second box, worried it’ll be the same issue. Any tips? I really want to support Made in USA products, but...

I make caramels and sell them at a farmers market, and I thought your wrappers would give my caramels that extra touch of professionalism, but I guess I won’t get to see that now. I made a purchase around three weeks back, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The website claimed the item was in stock and 'ready to ship.' After sending a bunch of emails, I found out it finally shipped (after nearly 9 business days) through UPS. Now, UPS has already pushed back the delivery date... and I’m still without my package. Honestly, I get stuff from overseas quicker than this. Looks like this will be a one-off order for me.

It’s taking way too long to get my orders processed. They took ages just to confirm my order, and then it sat around waiting to be shipped for a few days. This all happened during the work week! Honestly, it shouldn’t take more than a week to get an order in and out.
